Deepa’s primary focus is bringing voice of the customer into product development and marketing using emerging market research techniques. Although she specializes in quantitative research, she also uses qualitative research to understand the deeper “why” for consumer actions. She has 12+ years of experience in customer insights working for numerous industries including top-tier management consulting, high-tech, retail, and on the supply side.
She has two Masters Degrees – M.S. in Marketing Research and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington.
