Lisa Reiss Miller is an innovative business leader in the text analytics field. During her prior tenure at Aon, where she was Senior Manager and Aon’s Business Leader for Text Analytics, Lisa built and led the Text Analytics program from its first pilot algorithms to its powerful scope providing critical business insights to over 350 client teams and 10,000 Aon colleagues. She utilized text analytics initiatives to reduce customer effort, assess and improve product performance, and optimize the web and call center customer experience for the 22 million people Aon serves through its human resources solutions. Lisa’s fascination with text analytics is driven by deep expertise in neuroscience, data analysis, and the structure of languages, and she has studied 5 different languages ranging from Swahili to Spanish. Lisa received her Ph.D. from Clark University and her A. B. from Harvard College.
