Sirlei Waterhouse has more than 30 years Product Development experience focused on consumer understanding from a technical perspective, uncovering consumer insights to influence R&D strategies. Most recently, Sirlei was a Research Leader with the Consumer Insights Lab at Kao R&D. Prior to Kao, Sirlei was employed at Kimberly Clark and Procter and Gamble. Sirlei has a passion for research methodology, data analysis and in-depth consumer understanding.
