Carol is an insights evangelist whose coaching and technology-based solutions drive faster and more impactful insights-based business gains. Carol has a 30-year marketing research career focused on guiding others; as a marketing research leader, as a member of the Research Quality Committee for the Insights Association, as an advisor to the U.S. Census Bureau, and as an instructor. Her interests fuel her passion for improving performance and recognition for the insights function.
