Charanya Kannan leads Global Customer Insights and Market Research Strategy within PayPal. Charanya has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she graduated with honors, and also has a degree in Marketing and Engineering. She has close to 10 years of experience in Marketing & Strategy, working across multiple geographies like India, South Korea, and the United States. Outside of PayPal, she leads the US chapter of Power Women of India, is a facilitator for Harvard Circles and is a speaker at several events on topics of behavioral strategy, consumer centricity and leadership. She was recently awarded “Woman of the Year” by Stevie American Business Awards.
