Chris Kelley, Forrester

VP, Analytics Operations
Chris is responsible for a multi-million-dollar annual panel sample budget and data quality for Forrester’s three syndicated data products, Consumer Technographics, Business Technographics, and CX Index. To support this work he leads a global team of operations managers data specialists in the US and India who develop survey instruments, manage fielding, and clean data to produce high-quality data for Forrester clients and the global organization. Previous Work Experience During his 18-year Forrester tenure, Chris has had many roles including analyst, data consultant, and Director of Consumer Technographics. Outside of his Forrester experience, he led market insights for L.L.Bean and was a Research Director for Digital Research, Inc. in Portland, Maine. Education Chris earned his BA, magna cum laude, from Wheaton College in Massachusetts, and his MA from the University of Virginia.
