Joanne McDonough My 4+ years at Heineken USA (HUSA) have been a story of building the airplane and flying it at the same time. My objective has been to create a stronger role/higher visibility for the Insights function within HUSA and, at the same time, strengthen the Consumer Insights offering, based on evolving and innovative approaches to help grow the business. My aim is always to bring new/deeper insights to the organization; integrating primary research with business analytics and be
havioral based data. With strong consultative relationships across all of our brand (Heineken, Dos XX, Strongbow, and Tecate), I manage a $5M+ budget annually to deliver high impact learnings that link to sales and share growth and drive Annual Brand and Portfolio Planning. I am also responsible for hiring/on-boarding and developing my CI team.
