Mr. Sauer works with senior client executives to drive strategic choice and action around the critical marketing issues facing their organizations.  His primary focus is on building competitive advantage based on an understanding of how customer value is defined, created, and delivered in environments of rapid technological and socio-demographic change. An experienced strategist, Joe has developed a reputation for thought leadership in consumer decision-making and cognition, non-conscious measurement techniques, and effective exploitation of emerging technologies.
