Leo Chan, Chick-fil-A Senior Innovation Lead
Leo is the Senior Innovation Lead at Chick-fil-A, responsible for strategy and development of innovation. He’s a catalyst for developing and creating a thriving culture of innovation and creativity in the workplace. His primary focus areas include: Hatch, Chick-fil-A’s Innovation Center, innovation consulting, innovation culture, innovation training and application and more! He believes that innovation is the way for any organization to stay relevant in a constantly changing world.
Leo is a passionate believer in innovation and creativity and is a named inventor on 25 US patents. He is a formerly trained graphic designer with a Bachelor of Design Honours from York University/Sheridan College. He holds a Master of Theological Studies from Tyndale University College & Seminary. He’s also a Certified Creativity
Coach and a LEGO® Serious Play® Certified Facilitator.
