Stacy works with many brands across the US to harness the power of unstructured text and speech data. As head of quantitative insights for a major contact center firm, she has developed tools and processes that elevate the status of the contact center from “call maker/taker” to business insights contributor.
Stacy has over 20 years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. During her time with SIRS, she has worked with clients across a broad range of industries to drive understanding, acceptance, and ultimately, usage of primary market research as a tool to improve sales and traffic.
Stacy is a skilled facilitator of strategic and tactical action planning sessions, which assist large organizations by engaging employees (from executive to line level) to create a long-range plan to improve research results and drive sales.
Prior to joining SIRS, Stacy worked for The ARS Group, a leader in global television advertising research, where she was responsible for client relationships with many world-class CPG companies at a category and corporate level.
