Steve Pilcher has worked on the Duracell business for 10 years in a number of different roles; from starting out leading marketing activations on the ground in markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to his current role leading brand building through the design and development of Duracell’s global marketing campaigns. He was brought up through the Procter & Gamble school of marketing before then taking the leap and helping in setting up the brand for long term success under its new owners, Berkshire Hathaway. Steve places a great importance in the need to stay true to Duracell’s heritage routed in the strengths of its product and its brand whilst innovating to keep the brand modern, relevant and to retain its appeal to an ever changing consumer.
