Manager, Global Business & Consumer Insights
Ken Aningo is a Consumer Insights Manager on the McDonald’s Global Insights team. He works as an Insights Partner to the Global Menu Innovation team, helping them to develop menu items and menu improvements that are rolled out globally.
Prior to joining McDonald’s, Ken was a Senior Marketing Research Analyst at FedEx Services. There, he partnered with the Customer Experience Strategy and Digital Access Marketing teams to develop and optimize products that helped deepen customer relationships. He also ran the company’s online community.
Ken holds an MBA (Executive) from the University of Memphis and a Master of Marketing Research degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
