At Merlien our first priority is to ensure the health and well-being of our delegates. Our on-site team is fully vaccinated and adheres to a strict health & safety protocol.
Please note the following measures and guidelines when attending MRMW NA 2022
- All delegates must be vaccinated, cured or tested (documentation required at check-in)
- Social distancing policy (distance of 1.5 meters) is applied throughout the networking areas
- While in the meeting areas all guests are asked to follow the mask policy in place (the current local policy requires masks to be worn at all times except when eating or drinking)
- Sanitizing gels, wipes and protective masks will be available throughout the meeting area
- All meeting areas are sanitized multiple times a day
- Regular manual or constant automatic airing of the conference rooms
- F&B service adjusted to personal servings where applicable
- Contactless check-in (just show your ticket or provide your name card for booking verification)
Tested, Vaccinated or Cured policy
Currently all delegates will be required to provide one of the following proofs upon arrival:
Antigen Rapid Test
An antigen rapid test, which is not older than 24 hours*
*if local regulation allows, a self-test can be completed on site
Vaccination
Officially certified vaccination with an approved vaccine at least 15 days before arrival and not older than 6 monthsProof of Recovery
An official proof of recovery older than 28 days but not older than three months
Additional local regulations may apply and will be communicated to all participants ahead of each conference. Please also inform yourself about the current exit/entry regulations in your country of residence and host country.
