Amy has 20 years of consumer and sensory research experience at Procter & Gamble. She has brought the voice of the consumer into the formulation lab by articulating unmet consumer needs and product design elements for several product lines including Crest toothpaste, Febreze Fabric & Air Fresheners and Secret antiperspirant/deodorant. Her passions are fuzzy front-end innovation and deep-dive qualitative interviews. Currently, she serves as Products Research Testing Manager for the Personal Care category at Procter & Gamble. Amy has a Master in Business Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology from Miami University.
