Cathy James is Consumer Insights Manager of Hot Beverages at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. She has been performing client-side consumer and shopper research for 10 years manufacturing and retail firms in the Food and Beverage area.
Prior to her research career, she was a software developer during the Internet boom. She was a member of the team that developed the OpenSite Dynamic Pricing Toolkit™ and AuctionNow™ products; the latter won “Best of Show E-commerce” at Internet World 1999. Cathy lives in Vermont.
