Melanie Ceder is an analytics and strategy professional who is driven by the desire to improve customer experiences. She employs a variety of data-driven approaches, ranging from digital analytics to usability testing to customer segmentation, all with the same goal in mind: developing an understanding of, and empathy for, customers in an effort to deliver exceptional products. As Analytics Lead at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Melanie analyzes digital performance across multiple analytics platforms in order to optimize our AI products. Prior to working at RCCL, she spent 5 years as a senior analytics & strategy consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she partnered with Fortune 100 clients to bring digital experiences to market. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from New York University and a M.S. in Economics from Florida Atlantic University.
