Rama brings more than 15 years’ experience to his role as Head of Market Research at PayPal. In this role, he supports stakeholders in taking fact based decisions derived from consumers and merchants across globe to drive business results. His insights were critical in launching iconic payment brands at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Most recently, he led Customer Insights at WEX, a global corporate payments provider, towards a greater customer centric culture. He holds an Masters in Market Research from University of Georgia and a Masters in Engineering from Ohio State University.
